The Bermuda Post Office can hold your mail safely at your local Sub Post Office when you are traveling, up to 90 days.Â

- Don’t tip off the thieves with uncollected mail in your mailbox!
The Bermuda Post Office can provide a Hold Mail Service for $10.00 per week.  Individuals and/or businesses can set up the hold mail service at any BPO Sub Post Office or online with an account.
Terms of Service:
The Bermuda Post Office (BPO) cannot hold mail addressed to individuals who receive mail through an institution, such as a business, hotel, rooming house, nursing home, hospital or school, a shared postal address (same address is used by multiple individuals/businesses), or privately administered mailboxes.
You can extend the service at any Sub Post Office or online after the original period expires by adding a new period, a minimum of one week. You can cancel the service at any time during its duration by notifying us at the delivery office quoting your original receipt number or with appropriate identification and if applicable, proof of authorization.
No refunds are provided once the service has started. Refunds for cancellations prior to the start date will be honored with a Postal Credit to use with postal products or services. On the next business day following the expiry or cancellation date, the BPO will deliver the mail held for your address.
During the Hold Mail period, mail pickup is not available at any BPO location. To resume mail delivery to your address before the Hold Mail service expires, you must cancel the service.
The BPO will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, general, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected to the Hold Mail Service agreement regardless of whether such damages are based on contract or tort.
*The BPO reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time, inclusive of refusing/stopping the service. †The address cannot be changed after the service has started.
